You have 5 days from the time you receive your Decora India products to return any items for a refund.
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it (new), and include any/all original packaging.
- All parts must be present to qualify for a return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You can ask for a refund if you receive the product in a damaged condition. If your product is damaged at the time of delivery, please drop a mail to us at email@example.com with the word “damaged” in the subject line. Please include a description of the damage, a photo of the damage, your preferred contact method and a day and time when you can be reached. We will get back to you promptly to send a replacement for the damaged product or provide you with an option to get a refund or a credit for that amount. Shipping labels for returns, in this case, will be provided over email.
- In case a customer wants to return a product (for reasons that Decora India is not responsible for) the shipping costs has to be borne by the customer. Costs of Shipping Labels generated for these type of returns will be recovered from the refund amount.

All returns are checked prior to the approval mail for refund. Post approval, we will notify you via email, process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take up to 30 calendar days depending on the original method of payment, but we do our best to ensure all refunds are processed as quickly as possible.
Cancellation of orders is allowed within 24 hours after the order is placed. In case of cancellations after 24 hours, Decora India reserves every right to process the order. The customer, however, can apply for returns and refund. Please refer to the Returns and Refund section on our policies.
